Company homes are funded by us. Custom builds are funded by the client. The construction, materials, and finishing standard never change. Only the capital does.
Company-Built Homes
BlackGold acquires the plot. BlackGold pays for design, all material, and labour. BlackGold holds the title. The home is fully built, finished and furnished before any buyer ever walks in.
This is the home you can buy with no surprises: no advance, no token, no booking, no “sign before you see.” You visit the finished house, decide, then pay full price at handover.
If the home doesn’t sell for six months, that’s our problem — not yours. It’s why we build them right the first time.
What’s included:
- Full structure — foundation to roof
- Premium material throughout (brand details on request)
- Complete interior finishing: flooring, ceilings, paint, doors, windows
- Kitchen with full cabinetry and fittings
- Bathrooms with premium sanitary ware
- Electrical and plumbing fully installed and tested
- Lighting fixtures and fans
- Painted and ready for move-in
- Optional furnishing package (additional cost)
Turnkey Custom Builds
When a client commissions us to build their own home, the client funds the build — the way custom construction works everywhere. We don’t pretend otherwise.
What we commit to is the rest of it: every rupee accounted for on a transparent milestone schedule, every material sourced from our vetted supplier list, every stage signed off before the next payment is released. No hidden investor markup. No mid-project surprises unless scope itself changes.
We only operate in turnkey mode. The work we put our name on depends on every link in the chain meeting our standard. We cannot guarantee that if someone else controls the material, the labour, or the schedule.

Our quality standard depends on controlling the full process. Partial-scope projects produce inconsistent results, which is not the work we want associated with our name.
We don’t publish fixed price lists.
The cost of building or buying a home in Bahria Town depends on plot size, phase, design, finishing level, and current material rates — variables that move every quarter.
